The Grieg Hall (Grieghallen) concert house is the largest scene for culture, trade exhibitions and conferences in Bergen. The Hall of the Mountain King (Dovregubbens Hall)
is a new addition to Grieghallen, used both for expos and events.  The variety and flexibility of the facilities have enabled Grieghallen to host local, national and international
events. Grieghallen is the home of Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and Bergen International Festival.

The new location will give Reiseklar a much needed closeness to the cultural and commercial life in the city centre.

Opening hours for Reiseklar 2010 will be:

Friday, January 22nd:                  14:00 – 18:00
Saturday, January 23rd:              11:00 – 17:00
Sunday, January 24th:                11:00 – 17:00

Reiseklar 2010 - Holiday, leisure and adventures!

The goal for Reiseklar 2010 is to attract more foreign destinations as well as looking after the Norwegian and local exhibitors. Furthermore we want to have a broader variety
of travel related offers, like travel equipment and leisure clothing. Good exhibition offers will make Reiseklar more attractive to the public.

Even though the financial crisis has a severe impact on the travel industry world wide, Norwegians in general still have good economy, and we have low unemployment rates.
Life goes on as normal, and Norwegians are still eager to travel. Now it is more important than ever to be visible in the Norwegian market.

Utilize the opportunity for direct sale

The visitors at the fair are looking for good offers, and many are doing direct bookings. According to visitor evaluation and trends in the fair concept, we urge the exhibitors to 
focus on direct sales during the exhibition complemented by marketing of the destination.

Registration fee NOK 1850,-
Registration fee, co - exhibitor NOK 500,-

Price per square meter NOK 1290,-. Minimum size 12 square meters.

We will give smaller companies the opportunity to attend at a “joint” stand. This will give you a package which includes 4 square meters stand and furniture.
